Foldy House is a new-generation foldable house brand developed to offer portable, practical and customisable living and working spaces. Unlike a conventional prefabricated or container structure, Foldy House sits in a more innovative space between modular architecture, mobile living and rapid-deployment building solutions.

With its foldable structure, easy transportation and fast installation process, the brand responds to a wide range of needs, from living spaces and hobby houses to offices, construction sites, agricultural areas, temporary accommodation and emergency-use scenarios. Its core promise is simple yet powerful: a durable, comfortable and flexible space that can be moved, installed and adapted with ease.

Starting Point

For Foldy House, our role began with building the brand from the ground up. We created the corporate identity, including the logo, colour palette, visual world and brand applications, and developed a complete identity system that could work across both online and offline channels. The objective was to position Foldy House not merely as a housing product, but as a new category of flexible, portable and future-ready space solutions.

How We Made It Happen

Our work covered the full scope of brand identity creation and management. We designed and structured the brand’s offline and online materials, created the visual language, defined the communication direction and ensured that every touchpoint reflected a consistent, recognisable and professional identity. From corporate materials and printed assets to digital content, campaign visuals and social media templates, we built a brand system that could support both awareness and demand generation.

As part of the wider 360° marketing process, we developed the social media content strategy, prepared and designed content, managed campaign communication and created a consistent storytelling framework around Foldy House’s key strengths: foldability, portability, practicality, fast installation, modular use and real-life functionality. The communication strategy focused on helping audiences understand what Foldy House is, how it differs from traditional alternatives and where it can be used.

In parallel, we managed the brand’s performance marketing structure. This included planning, monitoring and optimising digital advertising activities, managing key performance metrics and building campaigns designed to generate qualified demand. As Foldy House entered the market, the brand quickly attracted significant attention and a growing number of enquiries, showing strong market interest in its practical and flexible solution. Our work supported this momentum by creating a more structured communication and lead-generation ecosystem.

Influencer collaborations were also part of the project. We planned and managed creator partnerships to increase visibility, strengthen trust and show the product in more relatable real-life contexts.
