The previous year, we had planned and managed the launch of Dip&Cips. This year for its relaunch, we came together with Eker once again.

Founded in 1977, Eker is one of Turkey’s most trusted dairy brands, combining traditional expertise with innovative products. With its Dip&Cips line—the world’s first yogurt-based dip sauce—Eker once again proved its pioneering spirit, introducing a completely new category to the market.

Campaign Objectives

This time, our mission went beyond awareness. We set out to reshape consumer habits and drive sales in a short timeframe.

  • Teach consumers to find the product in yogurt aisles, not chips shelves.
  • Expand consumption habits by showing Dip&Cips can be paired with many different foods, not just chips.
  • Strengthen brand perception and ensure category adoption.
  • Achieve sustainable sales growth and tonnage increase.

Target Audience

We focused on a young, dynamic, and digitally active audience aged 18–34. Within this base we reached:

  • Snack lovers who enjoy sauces with chips, pizza, nuggets, and more.
  • Health-conscious consumers attracted to the light, yogurt-based recipe.
  • Online shoppers who use Migros and Getir for innovative product discovery.
  • Gen Z and Millennials who are active on social media and open to new tastes.

Strategy and Execution

With an optimum budget, TikTok was chosen as the lead platform to engage our audience.

  • TopView & In-Feed ads delivered maximum reach.
  • Consumers were directed to Migros and Getir to trigger sales conversions.
  • Two-phase influencer marketing:
    • Phase 1: The #DibineKadarLezzet (#FullOnFlavor) challenge generated user-driven content and highlighted multiple consumption occasions
    • Phase 2: Influencers reinforced in-store availability, further driving purchase intent.
  • The campaign extended beyond TikTok with YouTube Streams & Spotify Podcast Sponsorships, and Smart TV Ads, ensuring cross-platform impact.
  • In parallel, in-store visibility was strengthened to ensure a seamless offline–online experience.

Results

The campaign delivered record-breaking outcomes within just three weeks:

  • 20.4M impressions and 7M reach on TikTok.
  • 193K clicks, CTR 3.25%, CPC ₺5.08, CPM ₺84.68
  • 1.8M organic views from influencer content across 12 pieces.
  • Online “add to cart” rate exceeded targets by 39%, reaching 8,531
  • Conversion rate grew 562%, reaching 17%.
  • Cross-platform success: 95% view-through rate on SmartTV Platforms, 176K YouTube views, 118K Spotify listens.
  • Online sales increased 6.6x in just three weeks.
  • Total tonnage sales grew by 60% during the campaign period.
